Admin vs. Teacher Accounts: 2025–26 School Year

See the chart below for the different functions and features of an Admin or Teacher account.

* Can generate school-wide course and standards reports  * Can generate course and standards reports for individual classes  and  * Can generate course and standards reports for individual students  * Can add/edit users  * Can view Simple Solutions courses

* Can create/edit classes   * Can add/edit students  * Can view Simple Solutions courses  * Can assign Simple Solutions assessments  * Can access Skill Builder  * Can generate course and standards reports for individual classes  and  * Can generate course and standards reports for individual students

 

All school and district admins are also given a teacher account. To switch between accounts, follow the steps below.  

1. In the upper right corner, hover over your profile icon. Then click “Switch Role.” 

2. Choose the correct role.
