How to Assign a Digital Quiz: 2024–25 School Year


Before Starting: 

- Make sure that your class is created, and your Simple Solutions book is assigned to your class. 

- Make sure your students are on your class roster.



  1. 1. To assign a Digital Quiz, first click the appropriate "Course." 



  1. 2. Click the "Open" button for the book you want to assign a Quiz or Lesson. 


  1. 3. Click “Open” next to the correct unit. 




  1. 4. Click "Assign" on the appropriate Quiz or Lesson. 

*Note: Lessons are only available for assignment if you have access to our Digital Lessons. 




  1. 5.  Select your options and click “Assign.” 

    1. a. Assign to whom? 

     b. Start Date & Start Time 
     c. Due Date & Due Time 

    Note: Assignments are sorted by Due Date & Due Time on the Student Dashboard. When choosing your due dates, keep this sorting function in mind. 
     d. Reporting and Grading options (defaults are recommended)  
     e. Student Instructions 

     f. Calculator Accommodations (Note: Calculators are not available for Simple Solutions assignments, regardless of the Accommodation toggles.) 



6. You will then get a “Success!” notification. If you have other classes for which you want to assign the same lesson or quiz to, choose “Yes.” If you are finished with assignments, choose “No.” 


Digital Lessons are currently available for SBM 3–5, ESB 3–5, and RDG 3–5.  If your school currently is using the physical version of these titles for this academic year, you are unable to switch to this program.  If you are interested in using it in the upcoming school year, please have your school administration reach out to us at info@simplesolutions.org. We will make a note of your interest for the next purchasing cycle.
